PPE | Prospective Students

Open Days

The next PPE Open Days will be on Wednesday 27 June, Thursday 28 June, and Friday 14 September in 2018.

PPE events and information will be in the Manor Road Building (Manor Road, Oxford OX1 3UQ). The building is fully accessible.

What’s On

PPE at Oxford Talks

A PPE tutor will talk about the structure of the course and how to apply, and take questions. The talks will take place at 10.00am, 11.00am, 2.45pm, and 3.45pm. Each talk is expected to last 20 minutes, followed by 30 minutes for questions. See below for information about how to book.

PPE Information Desks

The information desks will be staffed by current students and/or PPE tutors from 9.30am until 5.00pm. You will be able to drop in, ask questions, and pick up leaflets at any time.

Do I need to register?

Booking is advised for the PPE at Oxford talks but spaces may be available on the day. Priority will be given to prospective students. Prospective students can book a space via this link from noon on Wednesday 30 May. Booking will close at noon on Tuesday 26 June.

Where else should I go?

On the three Open Days many other parts of the University will be open to prospective applicants, including colleges and libraries, so we recommend that you visit these as well. Some events will require booking. See ox.ac.uk/opendays for further information and ox.ac.uk/ugcolls for a list of colleges offering PPE.

Can I visit at another time?

The PPE departments are not open to visitors outside the official Open Days but if you have any questions please contact us by email or telephone. Some colleges run smaller events during the year; these are listed in our events calendar. Please note that they may require advance booking or have restricted eligibility. Please also see our suggestions on how to plan your visit to Oxford outside the official Open Days.
